Mississippi-Day One, Revisit

Just had to update. Got into Mississippi and spoke to my dad and lo and behold he and my cousin found a new relative. They found his father's first cousin. What are the odds of that? The were doing research in the local library and started talking to the lady at the counter and she mentioned a few people with the same last name as what he was search. As they were talking she directed them to a lady that was in her words "the oldest Huff in the area" and when they got there and started talking to her they found out she was married into the Huff's but she knew all about the Russells. As they were naming off people then it became apparent that she was actually on my father's father side of the family. Dream Team indeed.



So we are going back over tomorrow before we head to the main research building in Jackson. I am beyond excited and I can't wait to share all that we find out with you tomorrow. Talk soon.
